After working her way up the ranks, she left the company to work with other industry pioneers, starting an agency that helped create and grow many of the online marketing capabilities and services many people currently take for granted, until acquisition by Ogilvy.
For the past two decades, she has lead a consulting firm that works with both agencies and brands, in the areas of PR, social media management, compliance services, and other web-related activities, serving clients nationally from five locations, helping clients such as Banana Republic, WebMD, General Mills, Sears, Publicis Groupe, LG, British Airways, eHarmony, Sanofi, and many more.

Dr. Pierre Sayad is a forward-thinking and accomplished biotech executive with over 22 years of proven success building and leading world-class organizations. During his tenure in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Dr. Sayad has launched 8 novel drugs across 14 therapeutic areas across neuroscience (depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, ADHD) and oncology (both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies).
Trained as a molecular physiologist, he has been heavily involved in the FDA approval and commercial launches of several drugs including Eli Lilly and Company’s blockbuster neuroscience drugs Zyprexa®, Cymbalta®, and Strattera®, as well as oncology drugs at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Karyopharm Therapeutics, and Oncopeptides with Kyprolis®, Xpovio®, and Pepaxto®, respectively.
Dr. Sayad’s deep academic network of global key opinion leaders, and knowledge of pipeline assets of biotech’s across CNS and cancer will serve to help expand Zephyr’s scientific reach and partnership potential. Dr. Sayad is an alumnus of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Harvard Business School.
Dr. Luis David Suárez Rodríguez, MD

Doctor Suarez graduated from UNAM with a Medical Specialty in Acupuncture and Phytotherapy. He has another specialty in Physiological Regulatory Medicine. He is a member of several national and international scientific associations of functional medicine and ozone therapy. He has been practicing functional medicine for more than 12 years and has been working with medicinal cannabis in his private practice for 8 years. Since 2018, together with other health professionals, he founded the Mexican Association of Cannabinoid Medicine (AMMCann AC), a non-profit institution whose objectives are the education of doctors and other health professionals in the correct use of cannabinoid medicine in Mexico.
