With over 25 years as a seasoned entrepreneur, investment banker, and investor, Roy is the Founder and CEO of Zephyr Group, Inc., and the Founder and Managing Partner of The Miramar Group, LLC.

Jerry Washburn

Vice President – CFO

Mr. Washburn serves as a Vice President and CFO of Zephyr Group, Inc. He is a Senior Advisor at The Miramar Group and has over thirty-five years of experience serving in senior-level Fortune 500 financial, operations, and executive management positions.
