With over 25 years as a seasoned entrepreneur, investment banker, and investor, Roy is the Founder and CEO of Zephyr Group, Inc. Having worked in executive positions with many prominent investment firms including Merrill Lynch & Company, John Hancock, The Principal Financial Group and Wedbush Morgan Securities, and in VC and PE. Roy’s extensive investment and business background has helped him assist and direct companies in medical technology, consumer products, fintech, ecommerce, sports and entertainment, real estate, and aerospace.

Credited with many public and private financings he has served as an adviser on a variety of transactions in both the private and public sectors, ranging from mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate divestitures, private company sales and debt restructurings involving capital raises totaling over $1Billion in financing. A multi-lingual professional, he will leverage his international investment and business experience to lead the company’s corporate vision, development, and growth. An alumnus of the University of Arizona, (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration), Roy has also completed graduate level studies and certifications and maintains several investment securities licenses and certifications.
