D. Roy Serventi
Founder and CEO
With over 25 years as a seasoned entrepreneur, investment banker, and investor, Roy is the Founder and CEO of Zephyr Group, Inc. and the Founder and Managing Partner of The Miramar Group, LLC. He has worked in executive positions with many prominent investment firms including Merrill Lynch & Company, John Hancock, The Principal Financial Group, Wedbush Securities, and as a Principal in venture capital and private equity.
Pierre Sayad, Ph.D., M.S.
COO and Interim CMO
Dr. Pierre Sayad is a forward-thinking and accomplished biotech executive with over 22 years of proven success building and leading world-class organizations. During his tenure in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Dr. Sayad has launched 8 novel drugs across 14 therapeutic areas across neuroscience (depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, ADHD) and oncology (both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies).

With over 25 years of experience in the Nutrition and Alternative Medicine industry and as a cGMP contract manufacturer Dr. Jones will provide his knowledge and unique skillset regarding GMP requirements, SOP’s, and FDA label regulations for the benefit of Zephyr Labz.
Hector Perez, MSOM
Senior Nutraceutical Formulator and Wellness Education Director
Hector is a cannabinoid, nutrition, and herbal medicine expert. Previously, Hector spent nearly ten years as a successful herbalist, clinical nutritionist, and acupuncturist. He then pursued an educator-to-practitioner role leading seminars for Premier Research Labs and researching the cannabinoid world and working extensively with hemp cultivator, Charlotte’s Web.
Sean Rosza
Chief Cultivator and Genetics Development
Sean has 22 years of experience in medical marijuana research practicum. Focusing on gene isolation, tissue culture, cultivation, gene stabilizing, feminizing, concentrate manufacturing process, compliance, and SOP process design. Mr. Rozsa is a renowned medical marijuana expert in conjunction with extensive experience in industrial hemp. Sean is the co-owner of Deeply Rooted Consulting LLC, Deeply Rooted Concentrates, and Deeply Rooted CBD, LLC.

Amanda Vega
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Amanda Vega is an interactive industry dinosaur who began her career over 30 years ago as a chat moderator at AOL, later helping develop some of AOL’s signature products like AIM and Love@AOL. After working her way up the ranks, she left the company to work with other industry pioneers, starting an agency that helped create and grow many of the online marketing capabilities and services many people currently take for granted, until acquisition by Ogilvy.
